This is a TRUE MEASUREMENT CO. pacific coast model log scaling stick. It is 54" total length, graded to 36" with a spud for checking the wood quality. It is made from hickory and a red cedar handle insert. It is in very exellent condition. We use scribner log scale out here and this is the preferd measuring tool. I have them up to 6 ft in my collection.
