The Handcuff Case is closed at the top with two strong snaps, and inside has a keeper-strap to secure the lower cuff in place. The Handcuff Case halves hold each side of the set of handcuffs, so when the case is opened the cuffs are laid open as well. The user has to unsnap the keeper-strap (bottom half case) and grab the center swivel portion of the cuff and will have it already positioned for use with only one hand. The cuffs can easily be "loaded" back in the case. THIS IS THE MOST SECURE HANDCUFF CASE!!!

1. Hang the other half cuff first on the first hanger (the top one).
2. Insert the other half cuff beneath the keeper-strap, then snap it on.
3. Fold the lower half case UP and snap it on.
1. Unsnap it (let it drop open by itself).
2. Unsnap the keeper-strap (lower half case by grabbing from the end of the keeper), & grab the center swivel portion.
3. Pull the handcuffs STRAIGHT UP.
