I bought this vacuum cleaner about 2 years ago for over $500. This vacuum is the best vacuum I have ever owned by far. Machine has all attachments(they have never been used there are a lot of attachments) and has never had any problems at all. I have always kept the filter clean. It also has the ball tech which is really a great feature it lets you glide around with ease.
