You're looking at a Nomad 70050 Energy System Extrication Kit. The package includes tool belt, a power discharge unit, battery pouch/DeWalt harness, backpack, saw clip, blade pouch, bottle holder and charging unit. The portable battery allows you to use a power tool while away from a plug in an emergency situation. The pack may or may not be brand new but looks like it's never been used before. It works with a DeWalt 18-volt cordless power tools and allows the storage and charging of three DeWalt batteries at once. The operator's manual is also included.
This has been on our backshelf for a while and we're looking to clear out some room. In the picture, the top label is what is on the side of the box and the lower picture is of the actual product.
