This heavy-duty oven rack is practical and durable for your kitchen. Constructed of 16 gauge stainless steel and 4" swivel casters, this oven rack is offered with spacing between pan slides of 6". The 69.8" rack height is compatible with any roll-in retarder with a standard 70" door height as well as all Baxter Proofing Cabinets and Retarder/Proofers.
Designed for 18" x 26" pans but Side Load Rack also holds 5-on bread strap pans (allow +/- 2" between finished products for best results).
Double Side Load 5-on Bread Pan Capacity:
4 of 1 lb., 5-on bread pans per slide
3 of 1-1/2 lb., 5-on break pans per slide
