Komar Single Auger 100 HP Electro-Hydraulic Shredder
Komar model # GR-1-100 100 HP Hi-Performance Single Auger Shredder / Compactor. Unit is in fully operational and has been completely inspected and reconditioned. Complete shredding unit includes:
1) Single auger low speed / high torque shredder which will shred and compress almost any thing that will fit in the 36 x 36 cutting chamber. Auger and outlet have been overhauled with new steel hard face teeth.
2) Stand to support shredder, this allows a standard size gaylord box on a palette to sit under the discharge and collect the material after it is shred.
3) Control panel Provides indicators and controls for the complete operation of the shredder. Will support either 230 or 460 volt 3 phase operation. Includes a Allen/Bradley SLC500 programmable controller. Supports fully automatic control that will reverse rotation if jammed, manual forward and reverse along with indications of all shredder and power unit conditions.
4) Power Unit - The 100 horse power A.C. Electric motor is coupled to the main hydraulic pump and a secondary hydraulic pump for control of the shredder operations. All control valves and hydraulic supply are contained in this unit, including a 55 gallon reservoir, filters, accumulator, shuttle valve, fluid heater and heat exchanger (cooler). The main high pressure (5000 psi) hoses are new with less than 30 hours of operation.
5) Manual Complete manual with installation, operation and maintenance instructions and all schematics and drawing for the shredder, control panel and power unit are included.
This powerful shredder is fully operational and can be inspected in operation at our Wichita, Kansas facility.
