This oscilloscope powers on and boots up, but does not recognize any signal input. This could be a problem with the attenuators, the Analogue/Digital converter, or any other component on the acquisition board.
When we powered this scope on, the display and menus seemed to function correctly (we are not familiar enough with this item to guarantee the menus were fully correct) and the thermal printer seemed to work, but no trace displays, not even a flat line. When a signal generator is connected, this does not change. None of the four channels will display a trace.
