Cres cor mini holding cabinet
A small but well-designed holding cabinet, 16" x 24" x 24" high. Can hold up to five 2" hotel pans with ease. With a water pan placed in the bottom, it could make a decent proofer as well. The closing latch is in need of repair, but otherwise a fine unit. Light enough to transport, standard 120 plug for versatility. UL/SA certified.
