The circles in the pictures above show the features of the modified converter.The red circle shows the potentiometer we added to allow you to adjust the output voltages between 12 and 48V.
The blue circle is the 20A ATO type plug-in fuse that can be replaced as required (3A for 48V for example).The green and black circle is the pre-modified voltages, after modification, the voltages are input 10-16V and output 12-48V, with a maximum up to 53V!

The black line is the grounding line, red line is a positive (DO NOT reverse these or the unit will be damaged)

This item was originally a new regulated 24V input 12V DC-DC Step-up Converter. We upgraded it to provide for input voltages between 10 and 16V and output voltages adjustable between 12 and 48V. Before our modification the maximum output power was originally 120W but with our upgrade it is much more flexible and powerful. Now you adjust the use it for applications at 48V @ 3A or up to a maximum of 53V @ 2.7A. The unit is small and sleek and the modifications are visible on the outside only by a small hole that is used for adjusting the output voltage.
PLEASE REMEMBER TO REPLACE THE FUSE TO MATCH YOUR APPLICATION AND ALWAYS USE PROPER POLARITY OR THE UNIT MAY BE DAMAGED. DAMAGED ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED.
