Please note: Swopper ergonomic chairs have been successfully implemented in our office for close to seven years. Recently I added a dynamic backrest to the Swopper used at my desk and it is absolutely amazing! The dynamic backrest enhances productivity and comfort tremendously. However, initially there are greater benefits to use your Swopper without the backrest that should not be overlooked. It is recommend to use your Swopper first for 3-12 months and affix the backrest later. New Swopper user need to de-condition from years of static seating. Building posture, strengthen core and abdimominal muscles is achieved faster without the backrest.
