Included with this machine are the following Accessories:
1 Set of 18" High Speed Steal Straight Cutters
1 Set of 24" High Speed Steal Straight Cutters. These were on a different machine but probably could be cut down to fit this one by a Competent Tool Shop.
3 Planer heads, this is really handy because you can set your most used tooling up and leave it set up to reduce set up time.
1 Mandrel or Saw blade Arbor This is the shaft with the pully that the saw blades mount onto so you can use this machine like a gang rip saw. and with the 10 HP motor it does this pretty effectively.
Numerous spacers to set between rip saw blades all diffrent sizes.
All the Jig and pattern boards to guide stock through machine while making Molding and Gang Ripping Lumber.
This machine has a variable speed controll for the feed rollers.
I do not have a owners manual or part breakdown, but that can be obtained on the internet.
The only thing that i can see wrong with the machine is where the dust hood is pop rivetted onto the machine. The metal has broken at this point but a couple metal plates and a few pop rivets and that would be a easy fix. The machine worked fine when we stopped using it and has been sitting in a climate controlled building ever since. As you may know, this machine did not come with the 10HP 3 PHASE motor. after i bought the machine i soon discovered it was way under powered for the gang rip saw blade application.with the original 5 HP motor it would ethier stall the motor out or burn the wood while cutting, thus, ruining the blades. so i chose to switch motors and super charge it some. it works great! it also greatly speeded up the feed speed.
