New stepper motor and driver a approach
Hi all. Up for sale are some stepper motors with attached drivers. These are the solution to a problem that's bugged me for some time now. In building custom machines on a small scale, there is a large selection of drive possibilities. Each requiring different power and interface demands. The time and cost of integrating the electronics can be extensive. By attaching the driver to the motor, the drive array is eliminated. The power requirements are still there but that exists independent of drivers. This also makes a standardized software package possible with plug and play hardware. This has significantly reduced my turn around time and maybe yours too. A computer parallel port can run 6 of these all at once. More info available at: http:// /~snyder/stepper.htm
