I have a New In Box KEO #607 High Speed Steel Staggered Tooth Key Seat Cutter. The 607 is 3/16" wide X 7/8" diameter. It actually measures around 0.890" dia. (this is typical for the diameters to measure oversize on a woodruff cutter). It has a 1/2" dia. approximately 2" shank. The company I had purchased this from did grind a flat on the shank (see picture 2) but this cutter is otherwise New In Box. This cutter has 10 teeth.
