Qty 2 Superior Electric Powerstat 1156D-2S variacs. These units are each rated for 0-280V at 50A.
They can be also be rewired for 0-120/140 @ 100A by wiring the two ganged windings in parallel instead of series, and adding an output choke between the windings. (See connection 2 on page 3 of the PDF docment referenced below)
Or you could extend the rods that gang them and build yourself a 3-phase 50A variac, with the remaining winding and other pieces left over for spare parts.
