No minimum order requirements
The LX400 is also ideal for producing full-color tickets and tags, retail coupons, patient wristbands and much more. The optional, field-installable Media Cutter attaches to the front of the printer and slides down and out of the way when not needed. A fan-fold media slot for tags and tickets is located on the rear panel of the printer.
*Approved substrates must be used for water-resistant properties.

What to do if you unit needs to be serviced? Thankfully, the item that you purchased has a manufacturer warranty and we are required to have you use it. We can not take back a unit without the permission of the manufacturer. This will require that you to call and get a Return Merchandise Authorization number prior to calling us for replacement.
Because we are only an authorized reseller for the product lines we carry, We can not offer TECHNICAL SUPPORT or service for the item itself . If you are missing parts in the sealed box you received, we do not carry parts but only sealed boxes. The manufacturer will be more than happy to get the parts needed and we will assist you in the process if you are having trouble.
