Battery, battery charger, and key is "not" included.
I tested it 6 or 7 months ago and it worked then. It has been sitting ever since and I do not know if it still works or not.

This model will fit through a 36 inch wide doorway and the platform rises to about 12 ft with a comfortable working height of about 15 foot.

I will throw in a charger and a batter as well but I do know if either the charger or the battery works.
