I bought this unit brand new September of 2008 in preparation for hurricane Ike and used it for 10-12 hours before power was restored where I live.
I paid 1400.00 for this great generator and I changed the oil after 4 hour break in even though manual says 8 hours and again after it was put up.
It has been stored properly with all gasoline removed from unit including the carburetor like it was when I picked it up new and I guaranteed it will start on first or second pull.
I want to emphasize that I take very good care of things I own and want the next owner to know that this unit is in mint condition as the actual pictures show this.
I would also like to add that I was amazed and surprised as to hour much stuff this generator would actually run. (2) Refrigerators, a window A/C, deep freezer, television, lights and I also let my neighbor plug into it and I am not sure what all he was running.
