The pictured welding hat is a CUSTOM HANDMADE 6 panel high crown (7 1/2" tall)
lined reversible WITH A BAND welding cap with a LONG soft bill (3" length) in
"SKULL FINITY" print of 100% denim weight cotton. The lining of this welding hat is
gray. This print has gray skulls on top of a black background. The fabric of this print
This 6 panel hat style is available in the other print patterns I have available in the store
& vice -versa on the other 4 & 6 panel hat styles I have.
The stitching on this hat is a gray straight stitch. The bill has a very small zig-zag stitch.

I offer the inside band with terry lining for added cushion, protection, perspiration absorption.
The terry lining is 100% cotton also.
This welding hat is available in a 5 1/2", 6 1/2" crown, 7 1/2" & an 8" crown.
The high crown style fits over the ears and the short crown style fits above the ears like a baseball cap.
Lining is available in medium weight 100% cotton for the cap. This welding hat will be lined in gray
black, or indigo denim colours.
The welding caps are size specific since they are custom made. If you do not know your welding cap size,
please measure your head with a flat measuring tape comfortably (not tightly) around the
fullest part of your head above the eyebrows and ears. Your head measurement will determine
your cap size. The welding cap sizes are 6 3/4 to size 8. THERE ARE NOT SIZES S-M-L.

purchase a cap/s, or you can email me your cap size/head measurement & specifics.
Specifics information I am requesting are are the style of hat, long or short bill, medium or heavy
weight lining in your hat, the stitching preference, & if you would like terry lining on the inside
BIG RULE: I DO NOT SEND THE WELDING HAT/S UNTIL I HAVE THE HAT SIZE
accurate without your HAT size/head measurement & specifics.
All styles available in short/long bill and stiff/soft bill. The bill lengths are 2", 2 1/2", 3", or 4".
