GENDEX GXP DENTAL FILM PROCESSOR (MODEL: 110-0096 G1) (SERIAL: 400-1412820DP) (MFG DATE: AUGUST 1999)
A complete closed chemistry processor that seals both the chemistry and wash water in one self-contained system!
The GXP Film Processor is a consistent, quality film processor that respects the environment.
There is no need to have chemical replenishment; chemicals never have to be flushed down the drain. The full recycling of stored chemistry provides automatic replenishment; you only change chemistry every 3 to 4 weeks.
* Closed chemistry recirculation
* Handles all dental size films
* Available as a stand-alone system; no plumbing required
* Can be connected to building plumbing
No time or temperature decisions to think about!
Simple to understand, simple to use. One switch activates standby and one switch activates run. Processing time is normally 5 minutes as a standard; 2 minutes ENDO. Simply depress the run position and insert film.
For endo 2 minute processing speed of intraoral film, depress the ENDO switch. Depress once more to automatically return to normal speed.
Long lasting pre-mixed Supermax processor chemistry is specially formulated and packaged for the GXP in 2.5 gallon containers, ready to use.
The GXP uses only a fraction of the water required with other systems; the standards self-contained unit uses only 2.5 gallons in an average processing day. Other processors normally use 1/2 to 1 1/2 gallons per minute.
At only 60 minutes of use daily, the GXP saves more than 57 of every 60 gallons of water required with other systems. Optional Solenoid system uses approximately 10 gallons per day.
If you install external plumbing for large volume processing, the GXP system on average requires only 10 gallons of water in a normal working day.
