Sale is for 1panel. High quality PCB material, etches very nicely and evenly. There may be a few fingerprints on the copper, but you should clean the panel before using. Clean with super-fine steel-wool, Scotchbrite, Tarn-X, Zap! or Restore4. Just be sure to rinse after cleaning and dry so you don't leave water spots.
