Do not use generic textile or fabric inks with your Yudu screens. Using non-Yudu inks can permanently damage your screen. Yudu Inks provide perfect consistency to produce a nice, crisp image. The screw off top allows for ink salvage. Ink easily washes out of the screen when cleaned up prior to ink drying. This allows for screens to be saved for future use.

EXCHANGES OR RETURNS FOR DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
In the case of a damaged or defective product, you will be provided with a replacement product if such a product is available. If no replacement is available, we will refund your money. Please be aware that the item may need to be returned directly to the manufacturer, not us, so they can send you a replacement. If that is the case, we will help facilitate the return process for you with the manufacturer.
You must notify us of any damage or defect in a product within seven (7) days of receipt.
Exceptions to this return/exchange policy are certainly made if the return is caused by our mistake.
