We attempted to test this unit, but we couldn't get much of a response. One of the fuses is missing, so that could be the problem. We gave the unit power, and you could see one of the tubes inside glow a little bit. We attempted to turn on the motor, but the unit would not move. We turned on the heater and we heard a noise inside the device, however, we never actually felt it get hot.
