The M2500 Keyboard wedge decoder is one of AML's top decoders, with the ability to decode both barcode data as well as magnetic stripe reader data. The M2500 can connect to three different types of devices at the same time, including a 9-pin male serial connection for scanners, 5-pin DIN for wands and 8-pin DIN for magnetic stripe readers. The M2500 takes undecoded data from any of these four sources, decodes it, and sends it to the computer via the serial port interface.
