Prevent Acid In Air Conditioning
One 2 fl. oz. charge will treat up to 1 gallon of system oil.

RX-Acid Scavenger's Acid Neutralizer is designed to chemicaly neutralize and prevent acids that are formed in air conditioning and refrigeration systems due to refrigerant and refrigeration oil break down, moisture and compressor burnout.
Acid Neutralizer is recommended to prevent the formation of acid and for systems that are showing signs of acid build up or where a compressor burnout has occurred.

PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE: When the use of an acid test kit indicated no acid or low acid levels, Acid Neutralizer can be used to prevent the formation of acid or neutralize existing acid.
MAINTENANCE & REPAIR: When acid related problems are evident or if a test of the system shows acid is present at medium levels, Acid Neutralizer can be used to neutralize existing acid.
BURNOUT CONDITION: Should high levels of acid be detected or if burnout has occurred, Acid Neutralizer can be used to neutralize existing acid. NOTICE: If burnout has occurred, follow standard industry practices and change out the compressor.
Install all recommended filter/driers then evacuate and charge the system with the proper refrigerant.

Mineral Oil, Alkybenzene, Polyol Ester,
Polyalkylene Glycols, and Polyalphaolifins.
HOW TO ADD ACID NEUTRALIZER TO A SYSTEM.
Acid Neutralizer can be added directly to the oil in the compressor's crankcase prior to installing and charging the system.
Using a standard manifold gauge, Acid Neutralizer can be pushed into the low side of an operating system with refrigerant or the pressure from the high side of the system.
1.DETERMINE THE SYSTEM'S COMPRESSOR OIL VOLUME.
2.USE AN ACID TEST KIT TO ESTABLISH ACID LEVEL.
3.QUANTITY TO USE : Use at least one (1) bottle of Acid Neutralizer.
A. ZERO or LOW ACID LEVEL - Add one (1) bottle of Acid Neutralizer.
B. MEDIUM ACID LEVEL - Add one (1) bottle of Acid Neutralizer.
C. HIGH ACID LEVEL - Add one (1) bottle of Acid Neutralizer for each gallon of compressor oil.
