Here is a complete Robohand automatic tool change system. This system allows a robot to switch between multiple tools quickly and accurately. This often allows one robot to do the job of two or more. This setup is complete with two tool modules and the robot quickchange module. The 60-A can support a payload of 60 lbs and has a repeatability of just +/- 0.001" between tools. The tools lock and unlock using a pneumatic ball lock. This set was tested and works great. The tool lock accurately and seal properly. The tool modules have four through air ports and 15 I/O connection points for tool control. These units look great. The black oxide finish has some light wear as shown, but no scratches or other cosmetic flaws are present. The gold plated spring contacts on the tool modules are in excellent shape and make a secure contact on the quickchange unit. All three modules shown are included.
