Hp 8340A sweep generator 10 mhz to 26.5 ghz
The generator has output but the unlock, fault, and ex ref LEDs light up. It responds to all the knobs and buttons, all the digits in the display seem to light, and I see no mechanical damage to any of the connectors, plugs or switches.
Cosmetics are good to excellent for the instrument face and good for the case (there are some sticker burns and dents on the top and bottom covers, but the face is clean.
I am not familiar with this generator but am sure that it will need some king of work. I cannot tell if it is an adjustment problem or if the problem is more serious. Since it has output, I suspect it may not be serious.
