It powers-up and seems to work okay, but the Channel 2 interface port is missing off the back of the meter. The carry handle is missing. We can not fully test the meter. Cables and other accessories are sold separately. This unit uses a standard 3-pin power cord (like that used for PCs) that is NOT included.
