Beutiful Aluminum Vacuum Chamber
Measures 36" x 36" x 48" high inside space
Mounted on a Mild Steel Frame or frame can be removed and just chamber.
Flanges coming out of the top are ASA 10:
Unit has MKS Vacuum Readout with MKS Barometer and Misc Vacuum Gages.
All ports are blanked off except for two (where we removed the RF Power Port Cables).
This unit used to be a March C-Series Plasma Etcher. We removed the power supply and most electronic controlls except Vacuum System.
Unit is in excellent condition. Three Available.
