Unit is 15 x 15 inches and the holes are 5 1/2" Diamter, one side has a 4 Inch lip on it, while the other side is a 1" Lip. This can be seen in the picture below as well. I am not sure exactly what the end use was, although I do know that they were a $93.00 Wholesale dealer cost, so much have been for some particular setup that someone had.
