Looks new in crate never used with some accessories but no manual or documentation. One hydraulic hose cover got nicked some where along the line.
This is the sort of unit used by city water works or similar organizations with large buried pipe lines and valves. With this unit mounted on a truck, you drive over the manhole opening to the valve, drop a square shaft down onto the valve operating tang and excercise the valve to make sure it still works.
