* Description: The Tektronix 11402 is a 1 GHz/500MHz Digitizing Oscilloscope w/ Eight Channels of Display and Acquisition Plug-In. Unit has Modularity Waveform Processing and Automatic Pulse Parameters. Has multiple 10,240-Point waveform records and accepts differential, high-impedance and 50- -input amplifiers. Unit has greatly simplified access to features. Fully programmable via GPIB and RS-232C. Unit includes (x2) Tektronix module 11A34, which offers switchable 1 Mohm/50 ohm input impedance, fast overdrive recovery, and wide offset range. Two built-in four-pole bandwidth-limit filters (100MHz and 20MHz) may be activated to reduce unwanted high-frequency noise at 24 dB/octave for each channel. The 11A34 unit has a 300MHz bandwidth. Unit also includes (x1) Tektronix 11A71 module. This module is a single trace unit, with 10 mV to 1 V/Div calibrated deflection factors, plus or minus 10 Div offset and 50 ohm input impedance.
