Navy Type CW49534 Headset Extension Cord equal to the Army CD-307 Headset Extension Cord. These have a 5 Ft. long cord with PL-55 .25 inch diameter standard audio plug and a JK-26 receptacle that accepts the PL-54 plug used on military headsets i.e HS-33 and others that used a short bailout cord with a PL-54 Plug. These are NOS and were still packed in their hermetically sealed bags as packaged by Western Electric during WW II . They are in in perfect condition.
