For sale in this offering is a Welch Allyn Wall Mounted Diagnostic Unit. I tested the unit and it is in working condition. There are no heads included with this offering. I did notice the wiring on the left side of the unit has pulled out of the sleeve, but this does not affect the working condition of the unit.
