The SteamCraft Gemini Ultra 10 Pressureless Gas Convection Steamer from Cleveland Range features advanced technology and innovative features to help you save money and energy. Two separate and independent cooking compartments each have a high-efficiency gas power burner that produces steam fast for speedy cooking and lower operating costs. Each compartment also has its own controls, gas valve, and water level controls. Holds up to ten 2-1/2"-deep full-size steam pans, 5 per chamber. Doors create a leak-proof, airtight seal. Compartment steam shut-off switch activates when its door is opened. Other advanced features include remote automatic water level controls, 60-minute timer for each compartment, and de-liming indicator lights. Constructed of solid, 14-gauge, stainless steel. Measures 65-1/2"h x 24"w x 33-1/2"d. Requires 120V/1 phase electrical connection.
