***Included on this vessel are (1) 16" and (1) 24" Tube-Turns class 75 T-Bolt closures and flanges and couplings in accordance with the attached drawing. A support ring is welded to the inside of the shell approx. 20" from the bottom of the tank, with a removable Johnson Screen bolted in place. The Johnson Screen is 7 mil, 304 stainless steel, designed to support a 22,000# uniform load. The Johnson Screen is a three-piece unit, and is removable through the shell manhole.
Four legs are welded to each vessel for the vertical installation.
Vessels can be externally coated or internally lined per your specifications; please contact us for quotation.
Addition flanges could be added, but would be expensive as they would require new calculations, additional third party ASME inspection and hydrostatic testing. Please contact us for a quote.
