Physik instrumente xyz piezo translation stage p-171
Used Physik Instrumente XYZ translation stage with a metric micrometer drive and a model P-171 piezoelectric actuator on each axis. This stage is an assembly of an XY stage, a linear stage, and an angle bracket. Micrometers provide about 15mm of coarse translation range. Aluminum body, stable ball-bearing support, magnetic coupling (no springs).
The stage is in excellent physical condition. Piezo actuators are untested and their parameters unknown, full refund if DOA.
