This is a new 3 Ton Rheem AC Package unit that is 3 phase 208/230 Volt.
It comes pre-charged with R-410a.
It is in very good condition and has been stored indoors since I received
it from my vendor. It is AC only but you can add heat strips if you want through
so send me your zip code for a freight estimate and let me know if you have a dock or
forklift. If you don't you can pick it up at the freight terminal free of charge (as long as you get it
