This is a Heavy Duty Mag Base drill with a 3/4 capacity chuck 400 RPM Rockwell drill motor and a Heavy duty BUX brand mag SWIVEL BASE. You can lock the mag on and unlock the swivel to locate a hole as precisely as you want. It is used on fair to good condition. It works and runs well. I've tested it and used it for a few projects I just don't have much use for a big mag base drill.
I bought this one for cheep and I'm letting it go for cheep. See the other unit going for a grand???? get this one for a bit over half price
