This Saw was pawned used and and is not working. The motor rund but the blade does not turn. Cosmetically it shows normal wear and grime. There is an inventory number written on the saw with a permanent marker. The cord shows wear as well the ground prong is missing and there is a rip in the covering (please see photos for detail).
