This Load Bank appears to be in excellent shape there are no dents or scratches. Unit is equipment with 125V, 2 POLE, 3 WIRE Grounding, using binding post. I do not have the ability to test but believe that the unit is fully functional. Serial #150
Load steps are 3K, 3K, 2K, .1K, .5K, .25K and .25K
