Postage will depend on the type of product purchased. We send items using Royal Mail and a Courier service.
We use a 24 hour courier service that deliver on the next available working day. We can arrange Saturday deliveries at additional cost - please enquire.
Our courier will attempt delivery twice. After this the parcel will be taken to their local depot and be held there for a short time for you to collect. A note will be posted for every failed delivery. This information can be verified using your consignment number and entering it on the couriers website (available on request).
When purchasing an item from us it is important that someone is available to receive the delivery. If our courier fails to deliver having fulfilled their obligations the parcel will be returned to us. In this case we will have to pass on the cost of re-delivery and associated administration fees to you. Any assistance you can offer in facilitating the courier would be helpful. For example if you have an unusual or difficult delivery address please let us know as soon as you have completed your purchase. We can put instructions on our delivery note to assist the courier. Delivery is made easier by providing a daytime telephone number.
We are happy to refund the purchase cost of items returned. However we are unable to refund postage costs and any fees that are not reclaimable by us with the exception of returns being made due to an error in our listing or goods being faulty.
In the event of goods being returned we would be grateful if you would contact us prior to returning so that we can provide a goods return number and in instances where it is possible we will try and find alternative solutions such as providing replacements (depending on the circumstances).
