QuickStructures are designed as clear-span structures providing the strongest framework in the business. High quality components are used in the manufacturing of every building giving you quick-to-install storage space that is built to last.
The Arch building framework is constructed with ViperSteel and clad with triple coated Gatorshield corrosion barrier. Independent salt spray tests show that Gatorshield provides a service life three times longer than conventional galvanized steel.
The covers of the Arch buildings feature our exclusive cover material, DuraWeave , and are virtually maintenance free. DuraWeave's nonconductive properties provide a work environment that is cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter. The fabric is water and air-tight, eliminating leaks and drips. At the same time, it allows a tremendous amount of natural light to transmit, reducing or eliminating the need for artificial lighting. The cover does not contain any metallic components and will not rust from exposure to water and air.
The double-stack, 12-ounce weave provides tremendous rip, tear and puncture resistance. A series of 10,000 lb. rated winches and zero-stretch belting ensures your covers stay tight and secure for years to come.
Standard 3-year pro rata limited warranties are available on the DuraWeave FR and DuraWeave covers and main steel frame. Extended coverage up to 10 and 15 years respectively is available.
