We purchased this smoker in December 2009 for a second restaurant but we decided not to open. We only used the smoker twice. We already have a Smartsmoker SM250 that works great for us for our first restaurant. I'm sure you will be very pleased with this large capacity smoker. Very easy to use.
The Smartsmoker SM360 is the largest Cookshack smoker, for big volume. It features Cookshack's exclusive IQ4 electronic time and temperature controller, with easy-to-use presets and hold cycle. You can use this smoker to smoke-cook traditional barbecue, fish, and sausage. The SM360 smoker is for large volume restaurants, caterers, and barbecue establishments. Work it 24 hours a day for maximum profitability.
The SM360 is constructed of stainless steel and is made in the USA. It is approved by the National Sanitation Foundation (NSF), the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), and is Underwriters Listed (UL) in the United States and Canada.
Capacity is 550 lbs. pork butts, brisket, 270 lbs. ribs or 100 chickens per load.
Cookshack smokers produce hot- or cold-smoked foods by application of heat and wood smoke to meat, poultry, fish, vegetables, etc.
Food cooks at a low temperature with no drying drafts of air moving through the smoker.
Heat is supplied by a four thermostatically-controlled 1500 watt heating elements. Temperature range is from 125 to 300 F.
* The Cookshack IQ4 electronic time/temperature control system cooks at a user-selected temperature for a user-selected time, and then drops to a pre-set or user-selected holding temperature until it is shut off with the master switch.
* The digital controller includes cooking pre-sets, alarm cycle, 16-character LCD display, and a quick change module for easier serviceability.
