These Lincoln 1000D Ovens Were Re-manufactured in August of 2007 by MF&B Restaurant Systems, Inc.
* Ovens are dismantled and cleaned
* All stainless steel is rebrushed
* All new insulation is installed
* Axial fan is installed in control panel
* All electrical components are replaced with new
* Digital speed control is installed
* Watlow temperature control is installed (1450 style)
* 110V NEW STYLE back is installed (3-blade fan, no exhaust hole)(replaced with new or rebuilt)
* Electronic gas valve is installed
* Electronic pilot valve is installed
* DC motor replaced with new or rebuilt motor
* Ovens are test baked by one of our technicians
